You must be 18 or over to use this site. If you are not, close this page. Do not register, and do not upload anything.
This is a game you are choosing to play. Locked hands you a randomly chosen task from a list. That is all it does. The tasks are suggestions, not instructions — nobody here is telling you what to do, and nothing on this site has any authority over you.
You decide what is safe for you. Every task carries some risk, and only you know your own body, your health, your living situation and who is around you. Read a task before you start it. If it is not safe or not sensible for you today, do not do it. Skip it, pass it, or close the app and walk away. There is no penalty in real life for any of those things.
Nothing here is medical advice. If you have a condition, take medication, or are unsure whether something is safe for you, ask a doctor and not a website. Stop immediately if you feel pain you did not intend, numbness, pins and needles, loss of sensation, skin discolouration, dizziness, or if anything simply feels wrong. Stopping is always allowed and always the right call.
Take the obvious precautions. Do not restrain yourself in a way you cannot undo on your own. Do not leave anything on, in, or around you for longer than is sensible. Keep scissors or a key within reach. Do not combine any of this with alcohol or drugs to the point where you cannot judge your own limits.
Other people
Never involve anyone who has not agreed to be involved. That includes partners, housemates, neighbours, colleagues, strangers in a shop or a pub, and anyone who might see you. A task that reads as public is your responsibility to adapt or refuse.
Never break the law. Nothing on this site is an excuse to expose yourself to anyone who has not consented, to involve anyone under 18 in any way, or to do anything illegal where you live. If a task would require any of that, the answer is no.
Never upload a photo of anyone who has not agreed to it. For evidence photos that means yourself and nobody else. The one exception is a photo your own partner has sent you and is happy for you to keep — see Photos your partner sends you below. Everyone else is off limits, always: housemates, friends, strangers, anyone in the background.
Consent, and taking it back
Agreeing today does not commit you to anything tomorrow. You can stop at any point, for any reason or none — mid-task, mid-month, mid-anything. You do not owe anyone an explanation, and you do not have to finish what you started.
If you are playing with someone else, this site is not a substitute for talking to them. Agree your limits between yourselves before you start, agree how to stop, and keep talking. Locked does not know anything about you and cannot judge what is appropriate between you.
Photos
Some tasks ask for a photo as evidence.
Uploading one is your choice, and you can always decline. But be clear what declining costs: a task that needs a photo cannot be marked as done without one, so that day does not count as completed — and in solo mode a day that is not completed is a missed day, which is a step toward being locked out for the rest of the month. That is a rule of the game, not a punishment for protecting your privacy. If you are not comfortable, the right move is to stop playing, not to talk yourself into a photo you do not want to take.
Who sees them. There are two kinds of photo here and they are kept completely apart.
Evidence photos, uploaded in solo mode to show a task was done, are stored privately and can be seen by you and by the person who runs this site. That is the point of them. They are never shown to other players, never published, never shared, and never used for anything except confirming the task was done.
Keepsake photos, saved by the person running a game against a task they sent, are stored privately and can be seen only by the account that saved them. The person who runs this site cannot see them. They are held in separate storage with no access for anyone else, and that is enforced by the database rather than by a promise.
Photos of this kind count as sensitive personal data in the UK, so uploading one is treated as your explicit consent for it to be stored and looked at for that purpose.
You can take that back. Ask for your photos to be deleted at any time, and they will be — no reason needed. Ask for your account and everything attached to it to be deleted, and it will be.
Think before you upload. Do not include your face, anything that identifies you, or anything you would not want to exist on someone else's computer. Once a photo is uploaded, this site will not let you swap it or take it back yourself — you have to ask.
Photos your partner sends you
If you are running a game for someone, you can save a photo they sent you against the task you gave them. It is meant for looking back on later — nothing in the game depends on it, and nothing is marked done or undone by it.
Only with their agreement, every time. You are asked to confirm it each time you save one, and that confirmation is recorded. It is not a formality: the photo is of them, not of you, and they have no account here and have never seen these terms. If you have not asked them, do not save it.
They can change their mind, and you must act on it. If they ask you to delete a photo, delete it — there is a delete button on every one, and it removes the file as well as the record. Do not keep a copy somewhere else against their wishes.
Who can see them. Only you, from your own account. Not other players, not the person who runs this site, not anyone you show the app to unless you show them yourself.
What we would rather you did not save. Faces, tattoos, house interiors, anything that identifies either of you. Not because anyone here will see it, but because a photo that cannot identify anyone cannot hurt anyone if it ever goes astray.
If you stop being together, or you just want them gone, delete them. They are not evidence of anything and nothing is lost by removing them.
What is stored about you
Your email address, the name and title you chose, your preference ratings, which tasks you have completed and when, any photos you uploaded, and any keepsake photos you saved. That is everything.
It is held in a private database and is not sold, shared, or used for anything other than running this game.
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for all of it to be deleted. Contact: peteyoutube71@gmail.com
